An attorney specializing in Criminal Law, he provides legal services in Intellectual Property, in the areas of trademarks and copyright. He joined the firm in February 2025.
He works with the Trademark Department and the Administrative Litigation Department on matters relating to the defense and protection of intellectual property rights.
He is also a university lecturer at Universidad Santa María (USM), where he is committed to advancing legal education in the country.
